TechBase, the foundation of our dynamic engineering community, is seeking a talented and experienced Project Manager/Scrum Master to join our team of over 100 highly skilled developers. As a key player supporting the KPN Technology Solutions developer community, TechBase focuses on driving change and innovation, providing tools, paved roads, knowledge, and support for best-in-class DevOps. As a Project Manager/Scrum Master at TechBase, your primary goal is to make team members cooperate optimally and overcome impediment while also supporting the management and leadership of our current big projects within the department. You will play a pivotal role in establishing high-performing teams, impacting their way of working in an agile environment. You will create a safe, autonomous, and motivating environment while serving as a bridge builder with users and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Monitor project progress and ensure that tasks are completed on time.
• Update stakeholders regularly on project status, milestones achieved, and upcoming deliverables.
• Identify risks and issues that may impact project timelines or outcomes and proactively address them.
• Escalate issues or concerns to senior management as needed.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and collaboration on project goals and objectives.
• Collaborate with the Product Owner/IT Manager to prioritize tasks.
• Identify and solve impediments affecting team performance.
• Connect people and create support for agile thinking.
• Contribute to the realization of the team's vision and purpose.
• Facilitate decision-making and empower teams to solve problems independently.
• Stimulate a culture of constructive feedback.
