We are seeking an experienced Windows and Azure Administrator to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in managing Windows environments, including expertise in Hyper-V, Active Directory, SCCM, DNS, DHCP, and Azure AD Connect. This role will involve administering both on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure, ensuring the reliability, security, and performance of our systems.

Main Activities and Responsibilities
• Design, install and configure internal and customer facing servers, storage and network devices.
• Administer and support core Microsoft (Windows and Azure) and Hyper V technologies.
• Provide on call support.
• Senior level Windows Engineer with extensive expertise in Hyper-V and Active Directory.
• Ensures project life cycle is in compliance.
• In-depth enterprise Active Directory and Azure AD connect experience.
• Knowledge on SCCM (patching), Antivirus, DNS, DHCP and DR activities.
• Manage and maintain Windows Server environments, including configuration, troubleshooting, and optimization.
• Administer Hyper-V virtualization platforms, including VM creation, management, and performance tuning.
• Oversee Active Directory services, including user management, group policies, and domain controller administration.
• Implement and manage System Center Configuration Manager (SCCM) for software deployment, patch management, and system updates.
• Maintain DNS and DHCP services, ensuring proper resolution and IP address assignment across the network.
• Configure and manage Azure AD Connect for seamless integration between on-premises Active Directory and Azure Active Directory.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement solutions to meet business requirements.
• Monitor system performance, identify issues, and implement proactive measures to optimize infrastructure efficiency.
• Ensure compliance with security policies, perform regular security audits, and implement best practices for data protection.

Experience
• Proven working experience, at least 6 years or more.
• Excellent communication and internal personal skills. Proficiency in Dutch and English is must
• Good understanding of IT infrastructure technologies in Datacentre Technologies (Enterprise Compute Services), Workplace Services and awareness of emerging technologies.
• Proficiency in PowerShell or other scripting languages for automation.
• Proven experience as a Windows and Azure Administrator or similar role.
• In-depth knowledge of Hyper-V virtualization technology and best practices.
• Strong understanding of Active Directory, including user and group management, LDAP, and Kerberos authentication.
• Hands-on experience with SCCM for software distribution, patch management, and endpoint protection.
• Proficiency in DNS and DHCP configuration and troubleshooting.
• Familiarity with Azure AD Connect and hybrid identity management.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Relevant certifications such as Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate, Microsoft Certified: Windows Server certifications are a plus.
