The epic owner holds end-to-end responsibility for the delivery of so called epics (change initiatives) including the hand over to the Business As Usual team. As an epic owner:

- You support the Head of Change in the delivery of epics in the change portfolio
-  You are part of an international self-steering team to deliver and implement the epics in an Agile Way of Working and in accordance with the banks code.
- You have in-depth knowledge of Financial products, processes and related regulations (MiFID, EMIR, SFTR etc)
- You take full accountability of the efficient delivery of the epics you are responsible for, including the quality assurance aspects

Main roles and responsibilities
- You are end-to-end responsible for Epics (incl. updates on status / progress and impediment).
- You create Epic related documents and pro-actively manage all stakeholders that are involved in the realization of the Epic.
- You estimate BAU impact in terms of capacity and knowledge with the Process managers.
- You take part in the team stand-ups, refinement and planning sessions.
- You are setting clear priorities in the Epic delivery.
- You transfer change to our execution locations in Bratislava and Manila following correct governance including sign-off from the COE, second line parties and execution locations.

We are looking for An inspiring, energetic and approachable epic owner, displaying the following behaviors:
- Team player with good communication skills
- The ability to facilitate decision-making to drive complex design issues to a conclusion
- Strong organizational sensitivity, ability to understand and take into account the underlying issues, opportunities and dynamics of an international organization with multiple functional and hierarchical lines, dealing with multiple (sometimes conflicting) interests.
- A strong focus on understanding the business requirements and supportive data to deliver the Epics.
- The ability to display flexibility to teams and adapt the plan, approach and behaviour to different needs, cultures and situations
- A strong resilience; the ability to navigate through ambiguity and simplify complexity without losing essence Competencies and experience

Requirements
- Minimum of 4-5 years working experience in the financial markets
- 2-4 years proven track record in delivering change, preferably with an Agile Way of Working
- Fluent in English (speaking and writing) and experienced in working in an international environment
- Knowledge of Financial Markets business, KYC processes, regulations and Financial institutions (brokers, CCP’s, venues etc.)
- Experience with outsourcing locations / delivery centres
- Skilled in Excel and PowerPoint and able to present your work and ideas structured and clear
